Childhood Obsession...
As a kid I had an obsession with chocolate, like every other kid. But recently I came across this amazingly creative world of Craft Chocolate or Bean to Bar Chocolate or Artisanal Chocolate, however you want to call it.
The Catalyst: Discovering Real Chocolate
Pandemic of 2020, everyone was trying new recipes, I thought why not try making chocolates instead ourselves. Ordered a couple slabs of compound chocolate, some flavors to add in chocolate and started with the excitement like never before. However, the end results were very disappointing. Hours and hours trying number of recipes from compound chocolates and nothing tasted even remotely like chocolate.
In Love with Authentic Chocolate...
So, I started researching all the why's and how's of good quality chocolate, or how to make chocolate? And ta-da, here I found a whole new world. It was a no-brainer that I wanted help the chocolate lovers discover this new age chocolate and for that I took a certified course of Bean to Bar Chocolate Making with Cocoashala to understand all the ins and outs of the process and decided to set up a tiny little factory in corner of our home, handcrafting every single bar with love.

Sourcing the highest quality ingredients starting from ethically and organically grown Cacao beans, the natural flavours added to our bar, no artificial essence, because you, my love, deserve nothing but the best. Switching from an unhealthy amount of white refined sugar to a balanced use of organic muscavado sugar, we offer a healthier option for eating chocolate guilt-free and spreading happiness all over India from Gurugram, Haryana.
